Secret to Success:
Home Staging Consultations

I recently ran a workshop for a group of local Realtors. Early in the discussion, and before I have a chance to say it, the manager tells attendees:

“There isn’t a home out there that couldn’t benefit from a 2-hour home staging consultation.”

Agents are then encouraged to offer this service to all clients. Paying up front for the consultation or reimbursing the cost at closing. With a speedier sale, and higher purchase price, this investment will easily be returned to the agent at closing.

Below is a great example of no cost staging achieved during a 2-hour agent paid consultation. An offer is accepted within two weeks of listing.
